Whimsical cabin on four and 1/2 beautiful acres! Turnkey and just darling, this 400sf cabin was built and brought to the property in 2017. It has since been updated with new flooring, kitchen cabinets and counter top along with a new propane heater.
The main cabin has full kitchen and bath and the smaller cabin is dry. Plumbing and septic is to the dry cabin, just needs to be connected. Purchased the property in 2017 with one dry cabin. That cabin is still dry but has electricity and sewer and plumbing run to the building. New roof at that time. Put up wood beadboard on walls and painted.

A few months later, second brand new cabin shell was brought to the property. It took 3 years to complete.

This is the order of things done:

Well dug within the first year.
Electrical installed
Reframed entire houseIt was barn framing, put standard framing inside. Insulated.
Tongue and groove all rooms except bathroom.
Bathroom: wainscotting and plaster/mud/paint.
Installed deep soaking tub (27") and tile enclosure.
Lifeproof luxury vinyl plank and carpet installed
On the 3rd year, plumbing was completed and propane heater installed.
Gravel put down on driveway.
Added two sheds.

Over the years, I rented the property for a year and a few summers through Airbnb, before Covid.
