She did all of this while dealing with some personal stuff and a heavy travel schedule that would have made it completely understandable if she needed to bail at any point in the process -- but she didn't. She was reliable and I knew I could count on her to follow through every time. We're so very grateful we found her - I can't say enough wonderful things about Jean!
