She was honest during the house search process if she didn't feel like it was a great deal, then advised us on the sale negotiations and what's typical, gave a thorough list of contractors to work with in case of emergencies, and even organized (and personally paid) to have our lawn cut a few times before we could actually move in. She did all of this while dealing with some personal stuff and a heavy travel schedule that would have made it completely understandable if she needed to bail at any point in the process -- but she didn't. She was reliable and I knew I could count on her to follow through every time. We're so very grateful we found her - I can't say enough wonderful things about Jean! Anyone would be lucky to work with her!
