She was honest during the house search process if she didn't feel like it was a great deal, then advised us on the sale negotiations and what's typical, gave a thorough list of contractors to work with in case of emergencies, and even organized (and personally paid) to have our lawn cut a few times before we could actually move in. She did all of this while dealing with some personal stuff and a heavy travel schedule that would have made it completely understandable if she needed to bail at any point in the process -- but she didn't. She was reliable and I knew I could count on her to follow through every time. We're so very grateful we found her - I can't say enough wonderful things about Jean! Anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Jean did a wonderful job during the entire process of selling our home. She was very responsive and timely with all aspects. She had knowledge and answers to every question we threw at her.
